Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were large, clean, and smoke-free, but more basic than expected. The breakfast area was small for the crowd. The service was friendly, but not very informative. The location was lovely and cozy, close to downtown Wenatchee. The dining experience was great, with a good selection and delicious waffles.
The hotel had a fantastic location with plenty of nearby options and ample parking. The rooms were well-decorated and cozy, offering a choice of pillows and great amenities. The dining experience was a nice benefit, especially with delicious options like the Manchego ratatouille. However, the strong smell of chlorine was a downside, and the price was higher compared to other similar hotels in the area.
The hotel had spacious and well-appointed rooms with no noise from adjacent rooms, but lacked soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, especially with last-minute reservation changes. The location was quiet and convenient, offering easy access to the road to Mission Ridge. Dining options were good, with a standard variety of cold and hot foods. Overall, the hotel provided a comfortable stay at a really good price.
The hotel had lovely, clean, and comfortable rooms, and I was granted a 12:30pm checkout for my meeting schedule. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, although there was a challenge with pending charges. The location was great, close to various attractions, but the late arrival of the house cleaner was inconvenient. The dining experience had good intentions but fell short on the quality of food.
